We are a team of accountants and tax professionals that work together closely to ensure our clients get the best service possible. We highly value character; associate shall be tenacious, respectful, modest, and team oriented.

In addition, they will be responsible to bring projects to completion utilizing their team and their own tax and accounting knowledge. We are looking for someone who has worked on a variety of tax issues from corporate taxation to individual taxation, in both the compliance and planning areas. Public Accounting experience is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

· We highly prefer a candidate with three plus years of experience

· Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related discipline, as well as 3-5 years of comprehensive tax experience in a public accounting firm.

· The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a desire to expand their accounting knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Self-driven, demonstrates initiative and able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to positively and proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High-level analytical and reasoning skills
• Some client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Focus and dedication to client service
• Knowledge of Ultra Tax Software is a plus
• Accounting experience with Quickbook knowledge a plus
• Work independently in a Virtual environment
