Skilled Production Manager for Extrusion Line

We are seeking a skilled production manager in plastic extrusion. Must have 2 years of experience to oversee the following:
- Safety
- Overseeing 3 shifts with a total of 15 people
- Responsible for training new employees
- Ability to oversee quality
- Production rates and blend
- Limit percentage of scrap
- Implement a pm program to eliminate failures and breakdowns in production
- Ability to build a good chemistry with employees and management
Job Type: Full-time
