Backroom Team Associate

Role summary Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. What you’ll do You play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. Your duties include scanning items, bagging purchases, counting cash, and keeping your area clean. You must be able to multitask, work efficiently during busy periods, and maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude. What you’ll bring Cashier: Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude; stand for long periods while completing transactions quickly and accurately; keep your area clean and presentable; answer customer questions and assist associates as needed. Cart and Janitorial: Ensure a great first and last impression for customers; gather carts from the parking lot and operate equipment to move them into the store; clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed; maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
