CareNational is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time contract with a respected Long-Term Care/Post-Acute Rehab facility in Grants Pass, OR . This is a great opportunity for a licensed PTA looking to provide hands-on support in improving patient mobility and independence in a structured rehab setting.

Pay Details:
$36.73 - $38.53

Work Setting:
Onsite | Rehab Department - Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Facility

Position Details:
Location: Grants Pass, OR
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: Variable Schedule | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Type: Full-Time Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Certification Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Assistant License - Oregon (Required)

• BLS Certification (Required)

Skill Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Oregon

• Ability to carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed PT

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration with rehab teams

• Experience in long-term care or post-acute rehab settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a PT

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist

• Document services and resident response to therapy accurately and timely

• Assist patients in exercises and therapeutic activities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment area

• Support interdisciplinary team in meeting resident rehab goals

• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations
