Family Law Attorney - Hybrid

Family Law Attorney – Austin, TX (Hybrid) We are partnering with a highly respected and growing law firm with a strong reputation in family law, seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join their Austin office. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility along with the opportunity to work on complex and meaningful matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client needs. Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Work closely with partners and team members on sensitive and high-stakes family law matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 3+ years of family law experience preferred. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage cases while maintaining strong client relationships. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000 .
