Travel Med Surg/Tele RN Role And Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and document care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. Explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, and support discharge planning. Maintain infection control standards and prioritize patient safety and comfort. Manage multiple patients, utilize critical thinking, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. Qualifications And Skills One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and movement Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail Key Duties Explain treatments, administer medications, and document patient information Assess and respond to patient conditions, assist with procedures, and facilitate safe recovery Coordinate with healthcare team and support patient discharge processes Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
