Clinical Applications Specialist- Dallas or Oklahoma City

Radiometer seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist in Dallas to deliver training and technical support on acute care diagnostic instruments across the pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical workflow. The role involves customer education, product demonstrations, and field support, requiring an Associate's degree with 3+ years of medical device experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related background, plus willingness to travel up to 75% within the US.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training workshops on pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical instrument operation to customers
- Address customer clinical questions and troubleshoot product-related problems
- Maintain routine follow-up with current and prospective customers to ensure product satisfaction
- Support sales and IT solutions teams with installations and product demonstrations
Requirements
- Associate's degree plus 3+ years hospital or research experience with medical device capital equipment
- OR Bachelor's degree plus 1+ years related clinical experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75% within US including overnight stays
- Ability to lift or maneuver 40 pounds
- Reside in or near Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base per year, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
