Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - Dallas, TX

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Pain Interventions to provide technical and clinical support for neuromodulation therapies in the Dallas territory. The field-based role involves surgical coverage, device programming, physician education, and patient management across hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and device programming during surgical procedures and follow-up visits
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and patients on product features and therapy benefits
• Manage inventory of case coverage equipment and ensure accurate cycle counts
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in territory
• Respond to device inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues for customers and patients

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within assigned territory
• Clinical or technical background supporting interventional medical devices
• Strong communication and education skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Excel, mobile devices, tablets, and laptops
• Knowledge of spinal cord stimulation, drug infusion, or similar pain therapies preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend clinical events as needed
