Clinical Specialist, Cranial & Spinal Technologies - Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Cranial & Spinal Technologies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to provide technical and clinical support for neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery products. The field-based role involves customer training, system maintenance, procedure support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site installations and collaborate with clinical teams during technology-enabled surgical procedures
- Provide technical assistance during procedures and deliver telephone support to customers
- Install software and hardware upgrades; perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
- Train physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on surgical technologies and procedures
- Document installations, report customer concerns, track service calls, and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus 6+ years clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Or associate degree plus 4+ years in clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics
- Valid driver's license required for regional territory travel
- Proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands for operating file modification
- Ability to work in operating room and hospital environments
