Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Define logical functional requirements that trace back to business needs, collaborating with the lead developer to ensure alignment with technical design.
- Formulate precise statements of business, scientific, or engineering requirements to guide system development.
- Develop key project documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD) , Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) , and Technical Specifications , in partnership with technical teams.
- Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions , recommending the most efficient and cost-effective designs that consider system capabilities, available technologies, and performance constraints.
- Partner with development, operations, and technical support teams throughout all project phases to ensure successful design, development, and implementation.
- Prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to analyze and communicate complex problems, leveraging business, scientific, or engineering techniques when needed.
- Identify and analyze system logic issues , revising logic and procedures as necessary to improve performance and maintainability.
- Demonstrated experience working with SaaS platforms .
- Practical knowledge of APIs and system integration principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
