General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $23.55/hr

Shift: 1st- Monday–Friday

2nd- Monday–Friday (2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)

3rd- Sunday–Thursday (10:00 PM–6:00 AM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a designated production cell throughout the manufacturing process.
• Load and prepare molding tools with metal rings.
• Place molds into machinery and monitor production cycles.
• Remove finished products, cool parts, and prepare them for inspection.
• Perform visual quality inspections for defects such as air bubbles, tears, or imperfections.
• Sort, count, weigh, and package finished products.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to safely follow manufacturing procedures and workplace policies.
• Must be comfortable working in a repetitive production environment.
