Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Pensacola, FL. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with documentation systems and completing patient evaluations and treatment plans required. Current clinical experience in geriatric or post-acute care preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with adaptive equipment, ADL retraining, and caregiver education preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Meal break: 30 minutes. Guaranteed hours: 30 per week. Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
