Badger State Staffing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a thriving Restoration organization on a full-time basis. This entry-level role supports both commercial and residential projects following incidents such as water or fire damage, mold remediation, and other property-related emergencies.

You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of restoration and cleaning services. This role is physically demanding, requires flexibility for on-call/emergency work, and involves frequent travel within a 2-hour service radius.

Primary Duties:

• Assist with initial site inspection, assessment of damage, and clear documentation (photos and notes) of the conditions
• Perform water extraction, demolition, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and moisture readings
• Perform content manipulation, soot removal, and detailed cleaning of structures and contents
• Follow established protocols for mold containment, removal, and cleaning under supervision
• Interact professionally and respectfully with property owners, managers, and clients, answering questions and communicating progress clearly
• Work effectively as part of a team, taking directions from Lead Technicians and Project Managers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• You must possess a valid Driver's License and have an insurable driving record
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (50 + lbs.) regularly, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions (hot, cold, damp, confined spaces)
• Must be flexible to work outside of standard business hours, including participation in an on-call rotation for 14/7 emergency services
• Ability to travel regularly to job sites within a 2-hour radius of the primary office location
• Must be able to pass a criminal background screening as a condition of employment
