The opportunity The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). Our Digital Engineering practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation. You will join a talented group of professionals who are advising U.S. government agencies with digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration. Your key responsibilities As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the following: Application integration, quality assurance, software development Technology business requirements analysis Lead solution deployments Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement Utilizing JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular Coaching and developing junior team members In addition to your client’s responsibilities, you will also be expected to fulfil Manager-level responsibilities within the firm such as: Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff Skills and attributes for success Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Experience coming up with solutions to problems Prior consulting experience To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance 8+ years of related experience Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML Experience integrating with external systems Experience in application integration and software development proficiency Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
