Government and Public Sector – Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Technical Lead, Manager The Government & Public Sector practice of Ernst & Young delivers consulting and audit services to Federal, State, Local, and Education clients. This role focuses on digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture, and program integration for U.S. government agencies. Your Key Responsibilities Application integration, quality assurance, and software development Technology business requirements analysis Lead solution deployments Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, and customization (including Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement) Utilize JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular Coach and develop junior team members Manager–Level Responsibilities Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership Anticipate and identify risks and appropriately raise issues Develop people through supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff; foster a positive learning culture Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback for staff Skills and Attributes for Success Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Experience developing solutions to problems Prior consulting experience Requirements Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance 8+ years of related experience Proficiency in C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML Experience integrating with external systems Application integration and software development proficiency Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, and customization experience (Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement) Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies Preferred Microsoft certifications Prior consulting experience Expertise in developing written and visual communication products Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities Compensation and Benefits Comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes performance‑based rewards, medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Base salary ranges from $142,600 to $261,500 in the U.S., with adjusted ranges for major metro areas. Work Location and Travel Work may be required at client, EY, or contractor sites. Travel may be required 20–30% or more of the time.
