Job Summary Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, Client Operations to join our growing team! As the Manager, Client Business Operations, you will report to the VP, Client Business Operations and collaborate across account leads, business affairs, finance, and resourcing teams to drive operational excellence across diverse client workstreams within a large portfolio account. This hybrid role is based in New York City. What You’ll Do Collaborate to advance client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Assist in developing and leveraging client budgets, drafting detailed scopes of work for client approval and signature. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery efficiency and internal workstreams. Support the management, maintenance, and enhancement of key technology platforms, including workflow automations and collaboration features. Analyze business data to extract insights and provide strategic recommendations for client operations. Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client objectives, driving operational excellence. Enable effective communication and collaboration across agency and client teams. Work closely with centralized agency teams such as business affairs, client finance, business operations, and resource planning. What You Should Have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2‑4 years of experience in business operations, marketing, client operations, project, or resource management (agency experience preferred). Highly effective cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills. Proven ability to simplify and tackle sophisticated challenges. Strong problem‑solving skills and a detail‑oriented mindset. Experience with business operations platforms (AdobeSign, Netsuite, OpenAir, Salesforce, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database platforms (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp). Pay Range $70,000 – $85,000 per year. Location New York City, New York (Hybrid – in‑office & remote). Expect to work from a Real Chemistry office two days per week, with flexibility for remote work.
