What You'll Do as a Press Brake Operator: Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal parts per engineering specifications Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and technical drawings Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to verify dimensions and tolerances Set up and adjust tooling for various bending tasks Assemble metal components as needed; welding experience a plus Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all time Skills and Experience Press Brake or metal fabrication experience Ability to read engineering drawings and perform accurate setups/tooling changes Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency using precision measuring tools Safety-first mindset with a sense of urgency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Experience with fabrication equipment (Bridgeport mill, waterjet, saws, drill press, etc.) We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
