Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) , each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a highly structured and supportive environment, with on-site leadership available 24/7 , making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within our cottage-style units. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team

• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)

• Current CPR certification required

• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• Compassion for an underserved population

• Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
