Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style units (12 residents each) , each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide direct patient care and support residents within our cottage-style units, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required)
