Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities. Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and resources. Support event setup, organization, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and create a friendly and professional environment. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Answer questions and identify customer needs Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Maintain organized and professional event areas. Assist with customer follow-ups and post-event engagement. Gather customer feedback and share relevant information with the team. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in events, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
