Change Management / Training Consultant

We are looking for a Change Management / Training Consultant to lead content strategy, knowledge governance, documentation readiness, and organizational enablement initiatives

This is a contract role that is 3 days onsite in Chicago per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess existing enterprise knowledge repositories and recommend best practices for organizing, governing, and maintaining critical knowledge assets.
• Establish governance processes and content management practices that support long-term operational sustainability.
• Ensure critical system knowledge is captured, documented, and appropriately maintained.
• Revise, launch, and manage the Content Management Training Course on the Learning Platform.
• Monitor and report on training completion metrics and stakeholder participation.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Content Governance, Organizational Change Management, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining content roadmaps, governance calendars, or documentation strategies. xhyhwjd
• Knowledge of COBIT 2019 or comparable IT governance and operational frameworks a plus
• Experience supporting technology transformation, system implementation, or operational readiness programs.
• rate around 65-75/hr
