Watch: The Real Job Description, a real week in the roleWhat You Need Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment. 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs. 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree. A completed bachelor's degree. A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program. Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.Compensation and What You GetStarting pay is competitive with a clear and transparent path to Project Manager.
