Senior Federal HR Policy and Process Improvement Lead

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Federal government HR Policy Specialist to lead development, review, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies across agencies. You will analyze existing government processes, identify standardization opportunities, and guide data migration and HRIT integration efforts.
