Supervisor Project Management

Position Project Manager Supervisor Location RDC/Branch Responsibilities Works closely with the Regional Manager of Projects. Manager of all lighting and gear project managers. Handles day‑to‑day tasks with project managers including SOP and operational details and issues. Assists operations with warehouse and PLS regarding current projects. Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region. Assists with planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various projects. Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly. Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions. Qualifications Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects. PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe & Power Point). Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.
