Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination. Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation for all patient encounters.
