Ellie Mental Health is a growing mental health and wellness agency based out of Saint Paul that is expanding across the country and improving the communities in which they serve through individual, family, and group therapy services, Assessments, Med Management, ARMHS, CTSS, and In-Home Therapy. The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination. Responsibilities and duties include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, and completing all Rule 29 training requirements.

Required qualifications and skills include being fully licensed and able to work independently in the state of Texas, required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes, required experience with children, adolescents and teens, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, and proficiency in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.

Preferred qualifications and skills include experience with couples, families and children, general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation, fully licensed clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels, preferred experience in private practice, and marketing and outreach skills.

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time positions. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
