Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Stafford

Overview Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the greater Stafford region to help diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients with mental health disorders. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and use measurement‑based care to track outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records in the EMR system for all patient encounters. Design a flexible work schedule, with a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days telehealth. Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas. At least one year of professional experience practicing psychotherapy. Strong commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based care and the use of outcome‑tracking. Proficiency in using an EMR system and completing documentation within the required time frames. Ability to assess and treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
