This onsite, full-time role focuses on PreK populations and offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse student body primarily with mild-to-moderate needs, while also supporting individuals with more severe communication difficulties. Expect a dynamic contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, with travel professionals encouraged to apply—just be sure to plan on remaining for at least a full-year assignment.

Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
• Prior experience in school-based settings or with SEIS systems preferred
• Familiarity with California Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation strongly valued
• Comfort supporting students who require Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly desirable, however, monolingual candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Commitment to onsite service delivery; remote options are not available at this time
• Flexibility for itinerant coverage across sites if needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing direct therapy for students aged PreK and up
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth and inclusion
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all special education regulations and Medicaid billing requirements
• Support and mentor CFs if applicable, contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
