The role is contracted, with the expectation that you stay for more than a single academic year, making it ideal for those who value long-term impact.

Your expertise will serve a range of students with mild to moderate, as well as some severe, speech and language needs—including those using AAC devices. Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred, although monolingual applicants are welcomed and encouraged to apply. The position is also open to Clinical Fellows (CFs), so recent graduates ready to launch their careers will receive excellent support and supervision.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship, with California licensure
• Willingness to obtain or current possession of COC (Certificate of Clearance)
• Previous school-based SLP experience and familiarity with SEIS documentation preferred
• Experience with CA Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation a plus
• Ability to provide therapy for a diverse caseload, including PreK and itinerant settings
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued, but all languages considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students
• Utilize AAC devices and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation, assessments, and IEPs within required timelines
• Engage positively with students, families, and staff to support student success
