We are hiring Entry-Level Customer Relations Representatives to support our growing retail and event marketing team. This is a customer-facing position — not a call center role — where you will interact directly with customers while representing well-known brands and supporting promotional marketing campaigns.

No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and professional development to help you build skills in customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and leadership .

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Relations Representative, you will:

• Interact directly with customers in retail and promotional environments
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Answer questions and provide information about products and services
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Support sales, marketing, promotional, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Develop strong product and brand knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching
• Learn effective customer engagement and communication techniques
• Work with team members to achieve customer service and performance goals
