Landscape Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Landscape Foreman - Hardscape Division to take charge and lead our dedicated staff in Derry, NH. In this landscaping management position, you will receive competitive hourly pay of $25-$28 along with benefits including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Growth opportunities Company parties Newer model company vehicle Uniforms Qualifications 2+ years of experience in landscaping construction and hardscaping Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LANDSCAPE FOREMAN - HARDSCAPE DIVISION You kick off your day with a team huddle to outline the day's plans and review blueprints. Your role involves guiding your team through various tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. You also oversee tool operations and maintenance, maintain client communication, and transition to snow removal and salting operations as winter approaches. Your standard work hours are from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and all our service areas are within 30 minutes of the office.
