OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Nags Head, North Carolina
A growing healthcare system is seeking an OB/GYN physician to work in Nags Head, North Carolina! Four Day work week!
Live and work in the Outer Banks right on the water!
Description:
- OB/GYN Physician
- Position available due to expansion
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Hospital privileges at a local hospital
- Approximately 400 deliveries per year at this facility
- Call is shared with three other physicians in the practice- 1 night a week 1 weekend a month
- Labor and Delivery Area: 2 labor/delivery rooms, 4 mother/baby postpartum, 1 triage and 2 "flexible" rooms
- Dedicated Caesarean-section operating room; nursery cares for up to 8 healthy, full-term babies and stabilizes near-term babies for transfer as needed to facilities that provide advanced care
- Clinic schedule (including administrative time): Monday-Friday, 8:45am to 4:30pm - 4 day work week
- Ultrasound and procedure room in-office
- Dedicated U/S tech, Monday-Friday
- Excellent public school system

- At least 1 year of post residency experience required
- In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
