Pay Range : $17.40-$19.18
Schedule : M-F 9a-4p

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Must have one year’s experience working with the elderly population.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the principles’ practices standards and techniques of the provision of recreational
  activities.
• Knowledge of how to use and maintain materials and equipment of need to provide recreational
  activities.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads and/or assists in large groups, small groups 1:1’s and individual activities (exercise, arts and crafts,
  games, current events, sensory, etc.).
• Assists Activities Director/Recreation Therapist in assessing and reassessing participants’ functional status in relationship to participation in recreational activities.
• Assists with the development and implementation of recreational activities that meet the interests, needs
  and capabilities of participants under the supervision of Activities Director or Recreation Therapist.
• Completes assigned activity charting and reporting as assigned by Activities Director or Recreation
  Therapist.
