Service Writer
Peak Thermo King is seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. The service writer will be responsible for processing work orders, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and obtain repair information
- Write and close work orders
- Provide accurate written cost estimates and invoices for labor and parts
- Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Sales and customer service skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes loud environment.
- Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work with parts in inventory.
