LVN Clinic Supervisor & Quality Care Leader

Via Care Community Health Center is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support the Director of Nursing in managing clinical operations across two service sites. The role includes supervision of MAs/LVNs, ensuring quality care, and coordinating patient flow with RNs and the DON. The LVN will participate in audits, quality improvement, staff training, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
