The Role

As a project coordinator specializing in senior living projects in Dallas, you’ll play a critical role in supporting design execution, documentation, and coordination across all phases of a project lifecycle.

You’ll partner with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently—from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to execute project design and documentation
• Support development and management of production schedules and deadlines
• Prepare, review, and coordinate construction and implementation documents for quality and accuracy
• Manage technical coordination and resolve project-related challenges
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Assist in code analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in client presentations and design discussions
