Business Operations Manager

Robert Half is partnering with a growing professional services organization seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to serve as a key member of the leadership team.

This is not a traditional office manager role. The ideal candidate will help lead the business, drive accountability across the organization, partner closely with executive leadership, oversee HR administration, improve operational processes, and ensure the organization is positioned for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day business operations
• Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team
• Manage employee performance reviews, onboarding, and development initiatives
• Establish and track KPIs, goals, and organizational objectives
• Improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate firmwide projects and strategic initiatives
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology, and office operations
• Support marketing projects, events, and business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance-related administrative processes are executed effectively

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of operations, business management, HR, office management, chief of staff, or business operations experience
• Experience partnering closely with founders, executives, or senior leadership teams
• Demonstrated success leading teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability
• Strong project management and process improvement experience
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
