Associate Business Development Director - Real-World Evidence

IQVIA seeks an Associate Business Development Director for Real-World Evidence in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate strategies and solutions for real-world evidence services
• Coordinate proposal development with contracts and operations teams; lead sales presentations
• Monitor customer satisfaction through regular communication and serve as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Develop comprehensive sales plans for target accounts and record all activities in CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 years related experience including 3 years CRO/Real-World Evidence or sales
• Understanding of RWE methodologies, data sources, and evidence-generation strategies
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% based on location

Compensation: $89,900-$250,400 base
