Position: Associate Territory Manager - NE Location: Philly/Eastern PA/Southern NJ Job Id: 281 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary The Associate Territory Manager is responsible for the sale of Holmium lasers, fibers, and other assigned Dornier MedTech products to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians, and other healthcare providers. The role involves presenting product features, identifying customer needs, managing sales activities within an assigned territory, and supporting the sales process through forecasting, reporting, and customer engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technical Set up customer visits to observe device use and discuss equipment functionality while emphasizing salable product features. Present technical product information effectively to a range of customers including hospital administrators, physicians, department heads, and technologists. Quote pricing and financial options such as leasing, rental, sale, pay‑per‑procedure, and shared service models. Coordinate with operations to prepare sales contracts for obtained orders. Obtain signed sales contracts and required down payments for devices. Estimate delivery timelines for customers based on Dornier MedTech production and delivery schedules. Maintain knowledge of applicable state regulatory guidelines. Administrative Maintain a monthly operating plan including forecasts and expenses. Enter a 12‑month rolling forecast into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Develop lists of prospective customers using sources such as cold calling, telemarketing leads, trade show responses, business directories, and other lead sources. Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain expense accounts. Travel and Territory Management Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers in person or by phone. Identify customer needs, internal sales processes, key decision makers, and purchase timing in order to become the vendor of choice. Maintain travel expenses and reporting within established Dornier guidelines. Travel may include day and overnight trips; expected travel is 50–75% . #J-18808-Ljbffr
