OB/GYN Generalist PhysicianNorthfield Hospital + Clinics is seeking an OB/GYN to join our expanding Women's Health Center. Our Birth Center welcomes over 700 new babies each year, providing families with exceptional, personalized care. You'll join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience. Compensation $362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually. This position utilizes a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE.
