About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead its integrated approach to attracting, enrolling, and supporting students. The successful candidate will be the chief enrollment officer, responsible for strategic leadership in enrollment growth, retention, and institutional sustainability. Key responsibilities include leading enrollment and retention strategy, strengthening recruitment and admissions operations, advancing financial aid strategies, and fostering cross-divisional partnerships to support student success. Applicants for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' experience in enrollment management, with a strong preference for those holding a master's degree or higher. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, including recruitment and retention planning, and a deep understanding of national trends and best practices. Experience in leading financial aid strategies, managing budgets, and a commitment to access and opportunity are essential.
