Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Our busy hotel is looking for a sales and marketing coordinator who is unwavering in their dedication to customer satisfaction and providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries Contact potential new guests based on networking and referral leads Assist the sales team with administrative tasks Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, including suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities Establish and maintain communication with customers via phone and email to answer their inquiries and requests Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information Qualifications High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired Proven track record of sales success Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required Outstanding organizational skills and time management Exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities Compensation $22 - $25 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Dossier Hotel Portland
