Position Overview AO Globe Life is hiring a Virtual Client Protection Advisor to work remotely with individuals and families reviewing important insurance coverage options. You will connect with clients who have requested information, learn about their needs, and guide them through a professional, needs-based insurance conversation. You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily coaching, and mentorship so you can focus on building confidence, serving clients, and developing a successful client-facing career. Responsibilities Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

Schedule and lead virtual appointments

Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns

Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

Help clients make informed decisions about coverage

Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance

Follow up consistently and maintain client relationships

Participate in training and team development sessions

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
