Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and possess the ability to create a positive and nurturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
• Monitor and document client’s health and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with medication management and reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check and drug test are required.
