Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Med Surg experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and planning appropriate care
• Implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients
• Supervising support staff and delegating tasks as needed
• Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols
• Collaborating with healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
