Provides evaluation of and care for respiratory therapy patients Administers prescribed respiratory therapeutic services Initiates, maintains, and discontinues mechanical ventilation for patients Communicates appropriately and effectively with other members of the healthcare team Requirements Licensed respiratory therapist by the applicable state where services will be performed: MD, OH, PA, WV Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred Two (2) years respiratory therapist experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing respiratory therapy care, including administering therapeutic services and managing mechanical ventilation. Effective communication with healthcare team members is essential for optimal patient outcomes.
