What You'll Do Every day is different, but your goal is always the same: solve customers' plumbing problems while delivering an outstanding service experience. You'll: Run residential service calls independently in a company service van. Diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing issues. Educate homeowners on their options and provide accurate on-the-spot estimates. Complete quality repairs that you can be proud of. Keep your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked. Occasionally work alongside a helper on larger projects such as water heater replacements. Communicate with the office to ensure customers receive exceptional service from start to finish. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already knows how to succeed in residential service plumbing. You should have: 2+ years of experience running a residential service van or serving as a lead residential plumber. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A clean driving record. Strong integrity and professionalism. A positive attitude and team-first mindset. Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Journeyman license preferred, but not required. Compensation & Benefits $25-$35/hour , based on experience and qualifications. Quarterly performance bonuses based on the revenue you generate (eligible after your first 90 days). Company-sponsored fishing trips, hunting trips, or bonus pay--the team chooses. Flexible scheduling options after onboarding. Weekend on-call rotation (typically one or two Saturdays per month).
