QA Manager

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a seasoned Quality & Regulatory leader to oversee QA/QC operations, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can step into a fast-paced environment, elevate quality systems, and partner closely with operations and executive leadership. Description Lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across the facility Ensure compliance with FDA, FSMA, GFSI, and ISO standards Manage QC testing, sensory programs, and product specifications Oversee audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts Drive supplier and customer quality resolution processes Lead, develop, and mentor a small QA/QC team Profile Bachelor's Degree 15+ years in food & beverage manufacturing 10+ years in leadership roles Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and GFSI Background in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field Experience in flavoring highly preferred Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 (USD), commensurate with experience.
