About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide executive finance leadership during a temporary 3-6 month assignment. The successful candidate will serve as the acting CFO and primary finance advisor to executive leadership, board stakeholders, and investors. Key responsibilities include maintaining the continuity of financial operations, overseeing finance, accounting, FP&A, and related business functions, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial reporting and forecasts. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as a CPA or MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a CFO or similar executive finance role, with a strong understanding of cash flow management, strategic planning, and executive-level decision support. Interim executive leadership experience and a background in the B2B services industry, particularly in recurring-revenue, field services, or professional services, are also preferred. The role requires a candidate with excellent attention to detail, the ability to identify and manage financial risks, and a proven track record in driving business performance improvement initiatives.
