What you’ll tackle- Install: banners, wall graphics, printed carpet installation, and more—clean, aligned, and secure.
- Prepare: measure twice, surface-prep once, ensuring adhesion and a smooth finish.
- Collaborate: partner with designers to interpret specs and sequence steps.
- Maintain: keep tools/equipment organized and in top condition.
- Verify: conduct quality checks to uphold company standards.
- Communicate: keep clients informed and address on-site concerns.
- Protect: follow safety protocols and best practices every time.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior signage/graphic install experience preferred.
- Sharp eye for detail and visual balance.
- Self-starter who also thrives on a team.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Familiarity with installation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Product Design Experience
- Graphic Design Technology
- Knowledge of Large Format Graphics
